Chain Link Fence Gate Latch – If you have a fence around the perimeter of your yard, you will also need a door to allow entry and exit from the outside. Doors commonly stay closed with a latch. The closure consists of a bolt installed in the door and a catch installed on the fence. Installing the latch can be complicated by many parts, but are really easy to assemble and assemble doors. Place the template assembly in one of the front corners.
Trace the top and bottom edges of the template and mark the location of the hole chain link fence gate latch. Turn the template over and place it on the other front corner. Remove the PVC pipe. Put the teeth of a saw on the mark you made. Slowly pull the saw back and forth to cut through the pipe in this mark.
